The Jamaican Palisadoes road is a thin strip of land that joins the community of Port Royal and the Norman Manley International Airport to Kingston and the rest of the island.

A view of the Palisadoes which serves as protection of the Kingston Harbour.

This beach lies behind huge boulders that are placed along the Palisadoes road to protect from storm surges.

A boat docked in the Kingston Harbour. The opposite the Palisadoes road.

A picturesque view of the Caribbean Sea leading out towards the Palisadoes strip.
